Registration Fee: Registration fee includes conference kit, tea and lunch.
Delegates will be allowed to attend all special forums and workshops,
book launches and readings, which will be part of the Literary Festival.
(The list is still being finalised and will be posted on the website as
more information become available). Since places are limited, some of
these will be on a first come first served basis. There may, however,
be a nominal charge for some of these events to meet administrative and
hospitality costs. The Fee does not include accommodation. But we have
negotiated special rates for conference participants with Renaissance
Kuala Lumpur Hotel, which you may wish to take advantage off. (See details
under the relevant section). Travel & Stay Superbly located within Kuala Lumpur's prestigious Golden Triangle district, THE RENAISSANCE KUALA LUMPUR HOTELis within a short walking distance of many multinational companies, banks, financial institutions and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre with its shopping mall, restaurants and recreational facilities. The hotel is approximately 50 minutes drive from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements for the Literary Festival. We have, however, negotiated special rates with Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Room Rates: (Current official exchange rate: USD 1.00 = MYR 3.80) Room Type Room Rate - per room per night ++ - Service Charge and Sales Tax Participants who want to take advantage of these rates have to use the special Hotel Reservation Form which is available online as well as from Silverfish Books on request. (Hard copies are available from the bookshops at all times). Please be informed that the number of rooms available is limited (due to peak tourist season at that time).
