Shipping
We offer the following delivery options:
1. Store pick-up. Select this option if you -- or someone else you trust -- can pick your books up from the store.
2. Normal registered mail. This is the most economical form of delivery we offer, but delivery to some destinations can take up to four (4) weeks. Do not chose this if you are in a hurry.
3. Please email us if you require Express Shipping, and we'll send you a quote.
4. Please notify us of items not received within a reasonable period. A replacement will be sent if, after a trace, it is determined that it is the fault of Silverfish Books.
Please chose the shipping mode you prefer before you checkout.
Returns and Store Credit
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from purchase date.
In order to return an item you must contact us by email to request the return, return shipping must be paid by buyer unless certain circumstances apply, please email for more details.
Under "Distance Selling Regulations" it states that phone calls are not a durable medium for requesting a cancellation. To abide by this we only accept communication in writing, this is either by letter or by email.
